Incident Response (Perform Monitoring and Reporting Duties at Central Command Centre) is targeted at learners who are in the security industry and are looking to be a Senior Security Supervisor.

The module aims to provide learners with the relevant skills and knowledge to ensure that senior security supervisors are able to perform monitoring and reporting duties while being a supervisor at a central command centre.

  3. Deploy additional manpower when required during various incidents.
  4. Analyse and identify root causes of reoccurring incidents at sites
  5. Monitor progress of corrective actions and preventive actions on sites.
  6. Write site incident reports at the command centre level.

  3. Monitoring progress of corrective and preventive action and reporting incidents

Asssessment

Assessment will be conducted by an independent assessor (examiner) from *POLWEL (*Police Welfare Co-operative)

Assessment format : Role-Play and Oral Questions
